Submit a Manuscript

Manuscript submission takes place in the VRA author workspace. Access requires a VRA account that a Site Administrator has explicitly verified and approved.

How author access works

  • Your author account starts as pending until a VRA Site Administrator verifies it.
  • The author workspace, manuscript submission, and publication payments open only after approval.
  • AEHP membership is optional, separate from author approval, and never required to submit.
  • Every manuscript still passes independent peer review and an editorial decision.

Current approved submission fees and exemptions are shown inside the submission workspace and are calculated on the server.
